How to use:
- Set aside 20-60 minutes of uninterrupted time to devote to this practice.
- Add the content of the bag to warm, running water.
- If preferred, add loose herbs & salt to the tea bag and place it in the bath or hang the tea bag on the showerhead.
- Burn frankincense and myrrh to purify your area.
- Add 1tbsp.of honey to the water for sweetness.
- Bless the water.
- Enter the bath and state your intention/problem as you drench yourself in the water from head to toe. Use a washcloth or sponge and wash downward as you pray.
- Exit the bath and watch your trouble wash down the drain.
- Be sure to dispose of all the herbs used at once.
- Clean your tub after each ritual bath as the residue left behind becomes the physical body of the negative energies you have removed.
