  • How do I track my package?

Looking to track your order? When your order shipped, you should have received a Shipping Confirmation email from info@jewelsfromthenile.com with your tracking number in it.

  • What to do if my package is stolen?

If your stolen package was delivered by a major postal carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, you should file a claim with the respective shipping company.

  • What is your return policy?

Jewels From the Nile will happily accept returns due to change of mind if request to return is received by us within 2 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.


Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.


Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.


(Jewels From the Nile) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

  • Can I exchange an item?

  • Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective. No worries!
  • Repack the unwanted items, ideally in the original packaging. Remember to include a copy of your delivery note / order number.
  • USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.
  • Once we have confirmation of your parcel being received, we will process your exchange; this usually takes up to 5 business days.

  • How do I contact Jewels from the Nile?

  • What are your exceptions/non-returnable items?

Certain items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products).



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
