Collection: Self Care & Healing
The bath is where you come back to yourself.
Rituals for Rest and Repair
This collection holds the soaks and salts made for the weeks that take more than they give. Every one is blended by hand from three salts — Epsom, Dead Sea, and Himalayan — and scented with pure essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance. No fillers, no dyes, nothing added to make it cheaper.
Each 8oz jar holds enough for two full baths, poured generously.
What to Choose
Calming — lavender, for the nights your mind will not settle.
Grounding — orange, bergamot and sage, for when you feel scattered.
Balance — lemongrass and orange, for putting yourself back in order.
The chakra salts — seven of them, each with a real crystal in the jar, for working on one thing at a time.
How to Use Them
Draw the water warm, not hot — hot water rushes you out, warm water lets you stay. Pour in half the jar as the tub fills. Name one intention, out loud. Soak for at least twenty minutes, long enough for your shoulders to drop. Then pull the drain slowly and watch the water go.
Self care is not the bath. It is the twenty minutes you gave yourself to take it.
