How to use:

• Add the content of the bag to warm, running water.
• If preferred, add loose herbs & salt to the tea bag and place it in the bath or hang the tea bag on the showerhead.
• Burn frankincense and myrrh to purify your area.
• Add 1tbsp.of honey to the water for sweetness.
• Bless the water.
• Enter the bath and state your intention/problem as you drench yourself in the water from head to toe. Use a washcloth or sponge and wash downward as you pray.
• Exit the bath and watch your trouble wash down the drain.
